CONSTELLATIONS

Stars can produce their own light.
Constellations means a a group of stars which form a certain shapes /images.
Well known constellations are :-
-scorpio
-orion
-big dipper
-southern cross
4. Constellions can be seen cleary at night
Because there is no sunlight.
5. The location of constellations in the skychanges from one position to another because the earth rotates on its own axis. So, we cannot see all the constellations at the same time.

6. Orion- appears at 8pm-10pm from june to
August.
- it`s look like a hunter with a belt
and Sword.
- it is visible in both the northen and
Southern hemispheres.


Southern Cross– appears around 8pm– 10pm
From April to June.
- look like a cross or a diamond
Shape kite.
- only can be seen in southern
Hemisphere.
- it is the smallest constellations
Among 88 modern constellations.

Big Dipper- appears around 8pm-10pm
From april to june
- look like a saucepan or dipper
It visible only in the northen
Hemisphere.
Scorpion
It is look like Scorpio.
